The Harmony's Heroes Team was originally started to raise awareness for Down syndrome in honor of Harmony Sweigard. Our hope is that - with your support through sponsorships, fundraisers, partnerships, events, and grants - we can help our loved ones with Down syndrome and disabilities, and their families, succeed and reach their goals while living full and inclusive lives.
